Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days with the following exceptions:

  • We do not ship orders on UK bank holidays or Sundays.​

  • Orders containing livestock. (Please see the information below).

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.  

Shipping Information for Livestock

Orders containing livestock will be sent out via 24 hour delivery. 

​

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days with the following exceptions:

  • We do not ship orders on UK bank holidays or weekends. 

  • We do not ship orders if the temperature is expected to drop below 3 degrees.

  • We do not ship orders if the temperature is expected rise above 28 degrees.

​

Your isopods will be packed in a secure, breathable container with damp moss and leaf litter to keep them comfortable, hydrated and fed for their journey. 

​

During colder weather, a heat pack will be included to ensure your isopods don't get too cold. 

​

Return & Exchange Information

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your item. (Not applicable for livestock)

​

  • Item mist be returned within 30 days after delivery

  • Buyer can choose to return or exchange the item. 

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition. 

​

**We do not accept returns or exchange on livestock.**

However, if you have a problem, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will endeavour to help.
